About these terms

This website is operated by Ruta Supps. These terms apply to your use of tryruta.com and purchases from Ruta Supps. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Your contract of sale is with Ruta Supps. Shopify provides the storefront platform and Supliful provides third-party fulfillment.

Using the store

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract to place an order. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information, keep your account secure, and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, infringe others' rights, submit fraudulent orders, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Products and health information

Review each product's current label, ingredients, serving directions, and warnings before purchase and use. Website content provides general product information and is not individualized medical advice. Ask a qualified healthcare professional before taking supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed label directions. Products and individual experiences vary; no specific health or appearance result is guaranteed. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Stop use and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Promotional eligibility and subscription terms are displayed with the relevant offer. Payment is collected as indicated at checkout. If a material listing error or availability problem affects an order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer corrected terms for your agreement or cancel and refund the affected purchase. Changes to future prices do not retroactively change an accepted order.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are optional. When you choose one, you authorize recurring charges at the price and frequency disclosed before checkout until you cancel. Introductory pricing may differ from later renewals, as shown in the offer. Manage, skip, reschedule, or cancel future orders through the subscription portal before the next order processes, or contact us for help. We will provide notices of material changes and obtain consent where required. An order already processed is governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights.

Fulfillment, cancellations, and refunds

Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment provider. Contact Ruta Supps promptly for order changes or problems. Requests may be impossible to implement after preparation begins. Our Shipping and Refund Policies explain processing, delivery, returns, and remedies. Supplier policies do not override your rights against Ruta Supps, including rights relating to faulty goods or delayed and missing shipments.

Content and third-party services

Ruta Supps branding and original store content belong to Ruta Supps or their respective rights holders. You may browse and use the store for personal shopping; commercial copying requires appropriate permission. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We remain responsible for obligations that law places on us as your seller.

Responsibility and consumer protections

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website availability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes statutory rights relating to product safety, merchantability, refunds, privacy, or consumer protection. Applicable federal law and the state laws that apply to your purchase govern these terms. These terms do not require you to waive nonwaivable consumer protections or submit disputes to mandatory arbitration.

Updates and contact
